See how your next client engagement works
Four steps, from the plan you deliver to the review you chair three months later.
- Step 01
Bring in the plan
Import an existing strategic plan or enter it directly, then review how the goals, initiatives and measures came through before your client sees it.
In the product: Import from a document, then review and adjust the structure in the plan view.
- Step 02
Assign responsibility
Connect each priority to initiatives, actions, named owners, deadlines and the measures that show whether it is working.
In the product: Owners, due dates, baseline / current / target values on goals, initiatives, actions and KPIs.
- Step 03
Keep progress current
Collect updates from the people who own the work, and see which commitments are overdue or have gone quiet between meetings.
In the product: Owner work queues, update request links, reminders, and data-source syncs for measures that come from a system.
- Step 04
Lead the review
Walk into the review with current information: what moved, what is overdue, what needs a leadership decision — then record the decisions and follow-ups.
In the product: Report books, executive summaries, snapshots, meeting notes and decision records.

What you see as the consultant
- Every client in a separate workspace, switched from one login.
- Where progress has stalled, and which owners have not updated.
- Reporting you can assemble for a leadership conversation instead of rebuilding slides.
- A record of decisions and follow-ups across the engagement.
What your client's team sees
- Only their own workspace — client data is isolated per workspace.
- The priorities they own, with their deadlines and measures in one queue.
- A simple way to submit an update or a measure value.
- Progress they can show their own board or leadership team.

Built from the work of helping organizations execute strategy.
StrategyHub™ was built by a strategy practitioner who ran these engagements for years — not a software company guessing at the workflow. It's shaped by the work between planning sessions: tracking progress, supporting accountability, and preparing the next strategic conversation.

Built for consulting firms, not for one internal strategy office
StrategyHub™ is designed for consulting firms delivering ongoing strategy execution across separate client workspaces, with practice-level pricing and plan-specific branding. ClearPoint, Cascade, monday.com and Asana are capable platforms with their own reporting, reminders and automation — the question is whether a product is shaped around a single organization or around a firm serving many.
Each client organization is its own workspace, isolated at the database row level, switched from one login. Built for a firm holding several clients' plans and risks at once.
Priorities carry named owners, dates, and baseline / current / target values, so a measure and the work behind it sit together rather than in separate tools.
Plans are priced per practice with a set number of client workspaces, not per participant. Contributors submit updates without needing a paid seat, and public pages need no login.
Workspace branding on the Practice plan; a custom dashboard domain and custom email sender identity on Enterprise, so client-facing surfaces can carry your firm's or your client's identity.
Report books, executive summaries, snapshots, decision records and a review preparation workflow — the artefacts a retained advisory engagement runs on.

What consulting teams actually get from StrategyHub™
Measured inside live workspaces. We're early — so every number below is one you can ask us to show you on a call, and no named-customer claim appears until the customer has signed off on it.
Vendors and standards you can verify independently. These are integrations, not endorsements.
Quotes below come from live StrategyHub™ workspaces. Names are withheld at the client's request, so treat them as illustrative rather than verified references.
"We replaced a $40k custom Tableau build and three shared spreadsheets. Our clients now log in themselves — and we bill them every month for the privilege."
"The AI executive summary alone saves me a full day per client every quarter. It reads like something I'd write — but in 30 seconds."
"My clients used to disappear the moment we handed over the plan. Now they're inside StrategyHub™ every week, and renewals almost close themselves."

Questions firms ask before getting started
Can I manage multiple clients from one account?
Yes. Each client gets its own workspace, isolated at the database row level, and one login switches between them. Your own work queue spans the clients you belong to; a single combined portfolio dashboard across all clients is not available yet.
Can I package this into a paid client service?
Yes. StrategyHub™ provides the platform; your firm defines the scope, cadence, and fees of the advisory service and delivers it. Reselling and client-service packaging are covered by our partner terms.
What branding is included?
By plan. Workspace branding — your firm's logo and colors inside client workspaces — is available on Practice. A custom dashboard domain and a custom email sender are Enterprise features. Solo Consultant uses StrategyHub™ branding.
Can I use an existing plan and methodology?
Yes, for plans that map to goals, initiatives, actions, and KPIs. Upload a PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or CSV file and review the extracted structure before anything is saved. Frameworks that don't fit that structure may need adapting.
What do clients need to do?
You invite the people who need access and assign roles and per-goal permissions. Occasional KPI contributors can submit values through a tokenized email link without a login.
What happens if our engagement ends?
The plan data stays in the workspace and can be exported at any time. If you cancel, access continues through the paid term, then workspaces go read-only rather than being deleted, with a 60-day window to return or transfer.
How is client information protected?
Row-level isolation per workspace, least-privilege roles, an audit log, a US-hosted database, SAML SSO on Enterprise, and a signed DPA on request. We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified today — see our trust page for the current controls.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan and enter billing. If you don't, your workspaces go read-only — nothing is deleted for 60 days, so you can come back.
Managing your own organization's strategy? Bring your goals, initiatives, and progress into one shared system.
Explore organization solutionsYour client's data stays in a US-hosted database (us-west-2), isolated per workspace at the row level. We are not SOC 2 certified; we will sign a DPA and complete your client's security questionnaire. See the controls.
