At Progress Partners Consulting LLC (DBA: Gamechangers Consulting LLC), we want you to be satisfied with StrategyHub™. If you are not happy with your paid subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refund period

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date or most recent renewal date. Refunds are not available after the 30-day period has passed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net and following the refund process, or by contacting our support team at support@strategyhub.io with your order details. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
