StrategyHub™ comes out of a working consulting practice. After years of delivering strategic plans that clients loved on delivery day and forgot by the next quarter, we built a platform that keeps goals, KPIs, initiatives and budgets alive long after the engagement closes.
Our story
StrategyHub™ is a product of Progress Partners Consulting LLC, doing business as Gamechangers Consulting LLC. Our consultants work with local governments, nonprofits, and mid-market companies on strategic planning, performance management, and organizational development.
The pattern repeated on every engagement: a rigorous plan, an enthusiastic kickoff, then silence. Spreadsheets drifted. KPI owners changed. Quarterly reviews became a scramble to rebuild status from email threads. The gap was never strategy — it was infrastructure.
So we built the infrastructure. One workspace per client, goals that own their KPIs and initiatives, a monthly logging rhythm anyone can follow, and reporting that assembles itself. Today the same platform runs our engagements and is licensed to other consulting firms who want to resell it under their own brand.

Plans should be living
A strategy that lives in a PDF is a strategy nobody executes. Every feature we ship exists to keep the plan in front of the people accountable for it.
Consultant-first
We build for the advisor in the room. White-labeling, multi-tenancy, and resale economics are core features, not enterprise add-ons.
Trust by default
Row-level security, least-privilege roles, SAML SSO, and a US-hosted database. Client data never crosses workspace boundaries.
Useful AI, not novelty AI
AI drafts your executive summary, lifts goals out of an existing plan document, and answers questions about your data. It never replaces your judgment.
