Our Public Sector Addendum adapts the Customer Agreement for government, municipal, special district, and public higher-education customers. It addresses public records and open records obligations, non-appropriation and fiscal-year funding, retention of sovereign immunity, limits on indemnity where prohibited by law, governing law and venue where a public body cannot agree to ours, dispute resolution alternatives to arbitration where arbitration is prohibited, insurance evidence, records retention and audit access, and accessibility.
StrategyHub™ does not hold FedRAMP or StateRAMP authorization and does not claim CJIS, HIPAA, or FERPA compliance. Our standing answers to vendor assessments are published on the HECVAT answers page, and US data residency is described on the Security page.
The current text of this document is provided on request as part of a subscription or procurement process. Email legal@strategyhub.io and we will send the current version, along with any addenda that apply to your organization.
Until it is executed or expressly incorporated into an Order Form, this document does not modify the Customer Agreement.
