This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person and organization using StrategyHub™. It forms part of the Customer Agreement. Violating it may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.
1.Prohibited conduct
- Unlawful activity, fraud, or facilitating either.
- Uploading or distributing malware, or probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the service without our prior written permission.
- Circumventing authentication, rate limits, workspace boundaries, plan limits, or any technical restriction.
- Scraping, bulk-extracting, or reselling the service or its output except as expressly permitted under the Partner / Reseller Terms or an Order Form.
- Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
- Uploading content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights or authority to upload.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, or misleading sender identities through platform email, invitations, or reminder features.
- Interfering with other customers' use of the service, including excessive automated load through the API, feeds, or integrations.
2.Restricted Data
StrategyHub™ is a strategy execution platform. It is not configured, and must not be used, for the following categories of regulated data (“Restricted Data”):
- Protected health information (PHI) or clinical records.
- Student education records subject to FERPA.
- Criminal justice information (CJI) or law-enforcement case data.
- Payment card numbers or cardholder data.
- Government-classified, controlled unclassified, or export-controlled material.
- Government-issued identification numbers, biometric identifiers, or financial account credentials of individuals.
- Any personal data of children where parental consent has not been obtained.
StrategyHub™ does not claim HIPAA, FERPA, CJIS, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 compliance or authorization. If your program requires one of those frameworks, do not place the data in StrategyHub™. Our factual disclosures are on the Security and HECVAT pages.
If Restricted Data is uploaded, you are responsible for removing it. We may delete it on becoming aware of it, and may suspend the workspace where the exposure is material.
3.Public Pages and shared links
Public dashboards, transparency pages, embeds, and tokenized no-login links are designed to be reachable without signing in. Content you publish through them can be indexed by search engines, cached by third parties, and copied by anyone who can reach the URL.
Do not publish confidential, privileged, regulated, Restricted, or unauthorized personal information through these features. Only an administrator authorized by your organization may publish them.
4.AI features
AI features are subject to the AI Features Terms. You are responsible for the content you submit to them, for having the rights to submit it, and for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Do not use AI features to generate unlawful content or to attempt to extract another customer's data.
5.Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse, suspected security issues, or infringing content to abuse@strategyhub.io. Security researchers should also see our security.txt.
We may remove or restrict content, suspend access, or terminate a subscription for material or repeated violations. Where practical and lawful we notify the affected administrator first.
