Data Processing Addendum

Where StrategyHub™ processes personal data on behalf of a customer, we act as processor and the customer as controller. Our Data Processing Addendum covers the subject matter and duration of processing, our obligation to process only on the customer's documented instructions, confidentiality of personnel, security measures, subprocessor engagement and notice, assistance with data subject requests, breach notification, audit and information rights, and deletion or return of personal data on termination. Standard contractual clauses are available where transfers require them.

The current text of this document is provided on request as part of a subscription or procurement process. Email privacy@strategyhub.io and we will send the current version, along with any addenda that apply to your organization.

Until it is executed or expressly incorporated into an Order Form, this document does not modify the Customer Agreement.
