These Authorized User Terms apply to you as an individual if you were invited into a StrategyHub™ workspace by an organization — your employer, a client, or a consulting firm. They are between you and Progress Partners Consulting LLC (DBA: Gamechangers Consulting LLC).
Your organization has its own agreement with us, the Customer Agreement. That agreement, not these terms, governs the subscription, the data in the workspace, and who may access it.
1.Your account
- Your access is granted by the organization that invited you and can be changed or removed by that organization at any time.
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share logins.
- Use only the access you have been given. Do not attempt to reach workspaces, records, or administrative functions you have not been granted.
- Tell your administrator and security@strategyhub.io promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2.Workspace content is your organization's
Content in a workspace belongs to the organization that owns the workspace, not to you. Administrators of that organization can see, change, export, and delete it, including items you created, and can see workspace activity records.
Treat workspace content as confidential to that organization. Do not copy it out, publish it, or use it for any purpose other than the work you were given access for.
3.Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, including its rules on prohibited conduct, Restricted Data, and publishing Public Pages. Do not upload protected health information, student education records, criminal justice information, payment card data, or similar regulated data.
4.AI features
If you use AI features, the AI Features Terms apply. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by a person before you rely on it or share it outside the workspace.
6.Your personal data
We process your name, email address, authentication data, and activity records in order to provide the service. Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect and your rights. Where we process workspace content on behalf of your organization, that organization decides how it is used, and requests about it should go to that organization first.
7.Service, warranties, and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no absolute security can be guaranteed. Any availability or security commitments exist only in your organization's Order Form, DPA, or SLA, not in these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you as an individual for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8.Suspension
We may suspend or remove your access for material breach of these terms, for security or fraud risk, or at the instruction of the organization that invited you.
9.Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the service, and we record which version you accepted. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, and the dispute resolution provisions of the Customer Agreement apply.
