Order Form

An Order Form records the commercial terms of a subscription: the contracting entity, plan and workspace limits, term and renewal, fees and payment terms, billing contact and purchase order references, and any addenda that apply.

An Order Form is the only place where availability commitments, service credits, contractual security commitments, non-standard refund terms, or negotiated liability terms take effect. Where an Order Form and the online Customer Agreement conflict, the Order Form controls for the subject it covers.
