The four platforms
Each section describes what the vendor publishes about itself, plus the buyer profile that description points to.
ClearPoint Strategy
Structured performance management and executive reporting.
ClearPoint does not publish a price list. Its pricing page states that pricing is tailored on a call to the buyer's users, support and needs, that plans start at 10 users, and that training and onboarding are included.
The product is oriented toward reporting-intensive environments — government, healthcare, utilities, higher education and other settings where scorecards and board-level performance communication are a central requirement rather than a byproduct.
What it publishes
Balanced Scorecard and structured strategy frameworks
Scorecards, dashboards and briefing books
Automated reporting and workflow automation
Training and onboarding included in the quote
Fits a buyer who is
Organizations with formal performance-management processes and demanding board, executive or public reporting requirements.
Accountability, automated progress collection and implementation services.
AchieveIt's pricing page sets out tiers that vary by features and support rather than a public price, and states that all plans include a 20-user minimum.
Its published tiers differ by the amount of service included: plan loads (3, 10 or 15 plans), remote versus onsite user training and certification, and initial plan readiness services — plan review, plan optimization and plan facilitation — which appear progressively as the tier rises.
What it publishes
Automated update requests on a set cadence
Unlimited plans and projects
Implementation planning calls and plan loads
User training and certification, remote or onsite
Fits a buyer who is
Organizations that want vendor-led implementation and a structured process for collecting progress updates across many plan owners.
Framework-flexible strategy and performance platform for the enterprise.
Cascade publishes three tiers. The entry Plan tier includes up to 2 users with basic access control and plan digitization. Essentials and Enterprise are listed as platform pricing with a contact-us step.
Cascade's pricing page caps some capabilities by tier — Essentials lists standard frameworks and OKRs, up to 50 advanced metrics and up to 15 advanced reports — and its help center describes a 14-day trial of the paid tier.
What it publishes
Standard frameworks and OKRs
Advanced metrics and advanced reports (tier-limited)
Alignment visualization across teams
Integrations and AI-assisted analysis
Fits a buyer who is
Mid-market and enterprise organizations coordinating interconnected strategies across teams, business units or frameworks.
Strategy execution for the advisor-client relationship.
StrategyHub™ prices by the number of client or organizational workspaces rather than by user. Solo Consultant is $495/month for up to 3 client workspaces and Practice is $795/month for up to 15, with unlimited goals, initiatives, actions and KPIs on every plan. Enterprise is custom-priced with unlimited workspaces.
Each client workspace is isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security. Practice includes client-portal branding; Enterprise adds a custom domain, a custom email sender, SAML SSO and a DPA. Data is hosted in the United States (us-west-2).
Update collection is designed to work without seats: scheduled update requests, reminders and tokenized links let a contributor submit a monthly figure or status without an account. KPI values sync from CSV, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake or the API, and initiative progress syncs from Jira, Asana and monday.com.
What it publishes
Isolated workspace per client, managed from one login
Priced per client workspace, not per seat
Automated KPI sync and tokenized no-login update links
Budget-to-strategy alignment and AI-drafted executive summaries
Fits a buyer who is
Consulting and advisory firms managing plans for multiple client organizations, and mid-sized organizations that want published pricing and unlimited participation.
These are the questions that most often separate the four platforms in a real evaluation.
Are you managing one organization's strategy, or several clients' strategies?
ClearPoint, AchieveIt and Cascade are structured around an organization managing its own plan. StrategyHub™ is structured around a practice managing an isolated workspace per client from one subscription.
How many people need to contribute updates?
Where licensing is per seat, the contributor count drives cost: ClearPoint starts at 10 users, AchieveIt requires a 20-user minimum on every plan, and Cascade's entry tier includes 2 users. StrategyHub™ has no seat minimum and no per-seat charge, and contributors can submit updates through tokenized links without an account.
Do you need a published price before you talk to sales?
ClearPoint and AchieveIt are quote-only. Cascade publishes its entry tier and quotes Essentials and Enterprise. StrategyHub™ publishes every plan price except Enterprise.
How much vendor-led implementation do you want?
ClearPoint includes training and onboarding in its quote, and AchieveIt's tiers include plan review, optimization and facilitation services. StrategyHub™ is self-serve with a 14-day trial; a card is required to start it, and there is a 14-day unconditional refund window.
Does the plan need to stay current between board meetings?
All four platforms track KPIs and initiatives. The relevant question is how a figure gets into the system each month — automated data sync, a scheduled request to a named owner, or someone typing it in before the meeting.
Do you need to deliver the platform under your own brand?
StrategyHub™ includes client-portal branding on Practice and adds a custom domain and email sender on Enterprise. Check each other vendor's current tiers directly for their branding options.
Where StrategyHub™ is different in kind, not degree
The three established platforms are built for the internal strategy office — one organization, its own plan, its own users. StrategyHub™ is built for the advisor-client relationship.
One practice. Multiple clients. No per-seat tax. Branded delivery. Strategy that stays current.
One practice, multiple clients. Each engagement is an isolated workspace with row-level tenant isolation, managed from one login — 3 workspaces on Solo Consultant, 15 on Practice, unlimited on Enterprise.
No per-seat tax. Pricing follows workspaces, not users, so every executive, department head, initiative owner and KPI contributor can participate without a licensing decision about who deserves access.
Branded delivery. Practice includes client-portal branding; Enterprise adds a custom domain and custom email sender, so the portal reaches the client under your firm's name.
Strategy that stays current. Automated KPI sync, scheduled update requests, reminders, tokenized no-login update links, and AI-drafted executive summaries built from the workspace's own current data.
No. StrategyHub™ publishes this page, so it is not a neutral third party. Every claim about ClearPoint, AchieveIt and Cascade is taken from that vendor's own published pricing page and linked so you can verify it, and no performance, quality or feature-superiority judgments are made about them. Verify current details with each vendor before you buy.
What is the difference between per-seat and per-workspace pricing?
Per-seat pricing charges by the number of licensed users, so the cost rises with every additional contributor and viewer. Per-workspace pricing charges by the number of client or organizational plans you manage, so the contributor count does not change the bill. StrategyHub™ prices per workspace: $495/month for up to 3 and $795/month for up to 15.
Which of these platforms is built for consultants managing multiple clients?
StrategyHub™ is the one designed around that relationship: an isolated workspace per client engagement, portfolio management from one login, client-portal branding on Practice, and a custom domain and email sender on Enterprise. The other three are designed primarily for an organization managing its own strategy.
How current are the competitor details on this page?
Every competitor claim was taken from the vendor's own published pricing page and verified as of August 31, 2026. Plans and minimums change, so the vendor links above each section are the authoritative source.
Do you compare features side by side?
Not beyond what each vendor publishes about its own plans. Feature checklists across strategy platforms date quickly and depend heavily on tier, so this page compares pricing model, seat floor, best-fit buyer and included services — the factors that most often decide the evaluation.
