1.Availability
Our Security Addendum sets out security commitments in contractual form: access control and authentication, tenant separation controls designed to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant access, encryption in transit and at rest, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, personnel practices, subprocessor management, backup and recovery, and incident response with notification timeframes.
The descriptive material on our Security and Incident response pages explains how the platform operates today. Those descriptions are not contractual commitments unless they are incorporated into an executed Order Form, DPA, or this Addendum. StrategyHub™ does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or PCI DSS certification or authorization, and the Addendum does not claim otherwise.
The current text of this document is provided on request as part of a subscription or procurement process. Email security@strategyhub.io and we will send the current version, along with any addenda that apply to your organization.
Until it is executed or expressly incorporated into an Order Form, this document does not modify the Customer Agreement.
