AI Features Terms

These AI Features Terms apply whenever you use an AI-assisted feature in StrategyHub™ — plan and document import, executive summaries, status report drafting, the strategy assistant, and similar features. They form part of the Customer Agreement.

1.What we disclose at first use

Before your first use of an AI feature we show you this notice and record your acknowledgement:

AI features may send the content needed for your request to approved AI service providers. StrategyHub does not use Customer Data to train foundation models. AI output may be inaccurate and requires human review.

2.How content is processed

When you invoke an AI feature, StrategyHub™ sends the content needed for that request — for example the document you uploaded, or the goals, KPIs and initiatives in scope — to an approved AI service provider, receives the result, and returns it to you.

Content is sent only for the request you initiated. AI features do not run across your workspace on their own initiative, and requests are scoped to the workspace you are working in.

Approved AI service providers are listed on the Subprocessors page.

3.Model training

StrategyHub does not use Customer Data to train foundation models, and we contract with AI service providers on terms directed at the same outcome for content we send them. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use one customer's content to produce output for another customer.

4.Accuracy and human review

AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It can misread a document, omit sections, invent structure that is not in the source, or restate a number incorrectly.

AI output requires human review before you rely on it. Do not treat it as professional, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice, and do not present it to a board, funder, or regulator without checking it against the source. Imported plans should be reviewed item-by-item after import.

We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

5.Your responsibilities

  • You must have the rights and authority to submit the content you send to AI features.
  • You must not submit Restricted Data, as defined in the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You are responsible for how you use output, including anything you publish to a Public Page, send to a client, or file with an authority.
  • You must not use AI features to generate unlawful content, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to reach data you are not authorized to see.

6.Rights in input and output

You keep ownership of the content you submit. As between you and us, you own the AI output generated for your workspace from your content, subject to the Customer Agreement and to any rights of third parties.

AI output is not necessarily unique. Similar prompts may produce similar output for other customers, and we make no claim that output is original or protectable.

7.Availability and change

AI features depend on third-party services and may be rate-limited, degraded, changed, or withdrawn. We may impose usage limits, including per-day limits, to protect service stability and cost. Unless an Order Form says otherwise, AI features are not covered by any availability commitment.

8.Moderation and enforcement

We may filter, refuse, or restrict AI requests and output, and may suspend access to AI features where we reasonably believe they are being misused. Report concerns to abuse@strategyhub.io.
